ADOLESCENT AND ADULT PSYCHIATRIST
Bringing a diverse set of experiences from a successful career working in many different settings in psychiatry, Max Haque, MD, is well-loved by his patients as well as his coworkers at Ohio Psychiatric Services. Dr. Haque provides compassionate and patient-centered psychiatric care to the Lancaster, Ohio, community.
Dr. Haque completed medical school in India and then joined the Institute of Neurology in London, England, where he studied neurology and psychiatry. After working in several hospitals in England, Scotland, and Ireland, Dr. Haque moved to Houston, Texas, where he completed a master’s degree in public health at the University of Houston. Subsequently he moved to Valhalla, New York, for his residency program in neurology and psychology at New York Medical College. During his final year of residency Dr. Haque received the award for academic excellence in recognition for dedication to his studies.
Following his residency at New York Medical College, Dr. Haque completed a fellowship in geriatric psychiatry at Montefiore Hospital in New York City. Since then, Dr. Haque has gained extensive experience working as a Psychiatrist in many different backgrounds, including state hospitals, general hospitals, and a maximum-security penitentiary. He played a key role in establishing the behavioral health unit at the Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio, serving as the head of the psychiatry department for over 15 years. Dr. Haque brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his patients and staff at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center.

Dr. Fatehchand is an established and highly skilled physician with over 30 years of experience in Internal Medicine.
He was born and raised in Chennai, India and received his medical degree from Madras Medical College in Chennai. He then completed an intensive postgraduate training program in Medicine with special focus on Internal Medicine and Neurology in London, England. He gathered invaluable experience and enhanced his overall medical knowledge while working and training in different hospitals in England for 5 years.
Dr. Fatehchand moved to the United States of America, along with his family in 1997. He worked in Rochester, New York as a primary care physician and a hospitalist for 10 years before moving to Columbus, Ohio. He provided primary care services in Newark, Ohio and surrounding areas until 2020.
Dr. Fatehchand is board-certified in Internal Medicine and certified approving for medical marijuana card in Ohio. He has also successfully completed his certification in Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Fatehchand cares for his patients throughout the full spectrum, including care in the office, hospital, long term care facilities and skilled nursing facilities to provide the best possible continuity of care. He has served as a volunteer at the Newark Community Clinic, for many years, educating the community with lectures and workshops on healthy living and assisting with healthy living plans for patients with chronic illnesses.
Dr. Fatehchand says his goal is to provide compassionate, state of the art medical care with emphasis on preventive medicine in a respectable, efficient, and friendly manner. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends. Dr. Fatehchand says he loves the outdoors and staying active. He believes it is important to maintain a balance between work and life outside of work.
PRAMODA FATEHCHAND, MS, PA-C

BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
With a dedication to providing patient-centered and compassionate care, Pramoda Fatehchand, a board-certified Physician Assistant in Psychiatry with a wealth of experience serving Fairfield, Hocking and Licking counties in Ohio. She has served as an inpatient provider at Hocking Valley Community Hospital’s Behavioral Health Unit and is a much-loved outpatient provider with the team at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center. She is also well known for her services at extended care facilities in Lancaster and surrounding areas. Pramoda has extensive experience in a wide range of adolescent, adult, and geriatric mental health conditions, including depression and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenic disorders, ADHD, dementia, substance abuse, trauma-related conditions, autism, developmental disorders, and many others.
Originally from Colombo, Sri Lanka, and raised in both Sri Lanka and India, Pramoda received her Bachelor of Science from The University of Chennai in Chennai, India. She then moved to the United States, where she completed her Physician Assistant degree at Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York, and her clinical training at Rochester General Hospital. Pramoda then accomplished her master’s degree in psychiatry at A. T. Still University in Phoenix, Arizona, where she received the Academic Excellence Award in Physician Assistant Psychiatry.
Pramoda utilizes psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy informed by psychodynamic principles, ensuring that treatment considers a clear understanding of the patient’s personality and psychological makeup, current and past relationships, and their family of origin. In addition, she places emphasis on the physical health and nutritional status of her patients, advocating for a healthy diet and physical activity as part of a successful and effective treatment plan.
Outside of practicing psychiatry, Pramoda enjoys focusing on her own physical fitness and playing and watching cricket matches, running, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and pampering the adorable family dogs.
CARI CALLAWAY, MSN, PMHNP-BC

CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Cari Callaway is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner that has been in the medical field since 2007. From a young age, Cari knew she wanted to be a nurse, helping others. She graduated from Columbus State Community College in Nursing in 2010 with an associate degree and received the Spirit of Nursing award, which was voted on by classmates as well as instructors. She quickly returned to college to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Ohio University and graduated in 2013. She started her nursing career in the ICU step down, and soon after, transferred to the ICU where she quickly developed her critical thinking skills. Cari then decided to take her work on the road and become a travel nurse where she moved to work in California for several months. She worked at USC in Los Angeles and then traveled north and worked at Stanford University, near San Francisco.
After working in the ICU for several years, she felt something was missing. Cari then decided to further her education in psychiatry where she found her true passion. In 2016, she was accepted for The Ohio State University’s competitive master’s program. In 2018, Cari graduated from OSU and started her career shortly after at a local community outpatient mental health facility.
Cari has experience in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, schizophrenia, ADHD, and a wide range of other diagnoses in adults. She also specializes in addiction medicine. She believes in treating all people with integrity and respect and combines counseling with medication management for optimal treatment and outcomes.
Cari’s excellent leadership qualities soon earned her the promotion to her current position as Director of Clinical Affairs at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center. She enjoys the opportunity to share her knowledge and clinical skills to help people in the Lancaster community and the surrounding areas.
JOHN MARK HAMILL, MD
CONSULTANT PSYCHIATRIST
Dr. Hamill completed undergraduate and medical school at The University of Kansas and completed his psychiatry residency at The Ohio State University in 1991. He is a well-respected psychiatrist in the community with extensive experience in both outpatient and inpatient care. He has also been involved with consultation work in various hospitals and clinics during his career. Dr Hamill is currently working full time at Appalachian Behavioral Health Care Hospital and does part time collaboration work with Ohio Psychiatric Services and Hocking Valley Hospital. OPS is honored to have Dr Hamill as a part of the team and share his knowledge and expertise with our providers and staff.
DAWN BOUCHER, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Dawn Boucher is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has been in the field of mental health since 2008. She got her start as a corrections nurse then moved to the state inpatient psychiatric hospital, Twin Valley Behavioral Healthcare. While employed at TVBH, Dawn worked in different positions. She worked as a staff nurse on an acute unit where she was awarded nurse of the year in 2016. She then moved into a supervisor position for 5 years.
Dawn earned her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2007 from The Ohio State University. She attended Northern Kentucky University where she received her Masters of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2022.
Prior to attending college Dawn was a sailor in the US Navy. While enlisted she was a plane captain for the F14 tomcat fighter jet in VF-101 located at NAS Oceana, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Dawn has known since she was a teenager that she wanted to work in mental health care. It is truly a calling for her. She absolutely loves her role as a PMHNP in outpatient care at Ohio Psychiatric services and TMS Center and thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to help those in need.
KAYLA YUSKA, PA-C
BOARD CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT
Kayla Yuska is a board-certified Physician Assistant trained to provide psychiatric diagnostic services and medication management. Kayla completed a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology in 2012. Kayla’s background before entering into the medical field included research in vaccines and immunology. She took her passion for helping others from research to direct patient care when entering into Ohio University’s Master Of Physician Assistant Practice program. During her time in the program, she gained experience working in a variety of different medical disciplines with emphasis in working with underserved and rural communities.
After graduating from OU’s MPAP program in 2017, Kayla transitioned into a mental health residency at the Veteran Affairs Medical Center. She gained experience working in a variety of mental health settings from inpatient hospitalization, long-term geriatric care, consult services, addiction services and outpatient mental health services. She then moved on to working in Psychiatric Emergency Services in Central Ohio. She continued to grow as a Physician Assistant in psychiatry by gaining experience working in an inpatient setting for two years with focus on young adult mental health issues and treatment-resistant depression.
Kayla is excited to be a team member with Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS center. She specializes in medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions primarily including, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar and other Mood Disorders, and PTSD. Kayla recognizes each patient is unique and requires a holistic plan for their optimal mental health.
Outside of practice, she enjoys spending time with her family and working on the never-ending list of remodeling projects around her home.
CORRIN RODRIGUEZ, PMHNP
CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Corrin Rodriguez is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who has been working in the Mental Health field since 2015. Corrin started out as an STNA and transitioned to a psychiatric technician role and fell in love with the world of Psychiatry. She pursued her passion by earning a Bachelor’s degree in psychology and going to nursing school at Ohio University. She graduated and became a nurse in 2017 and then continued working in both psychiatry as well as medical-surgical telemetry to gain the skills and knowledge required to be an efficient nurse. She then completed graduate school at Northern Kentucky University, earning a Master’s degree in Nursing, specializing in Psychiatry.
Corrin has been working directly with patients in the inpatient setting since starting out as a psychiatric technician and is proud to share her experience and skills in the outpatient setting at Ohio psychiatric services and TMS Center. Corrin has experience in addiction services, adult and geriatric care, as well as holistic services. She specializes in medication management for a variety of psychiatric conditions including, depression, anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar and other Mood Disorders, as well as PTSD. Corrin treats her patients based on a philosophy of compassion and individualized care. She believes that effective treatment is not the same for everyone and every patient must be treated based on their own beliefs, needs, and presentation.
When not caring for her patients, Corrin is spending time with her family and enjoying hobbies such as reading and playing games. She also makes time to regularly follow up with up-to-date research and medical journals to ensure that her treatment methods are based on current evidence-based practice and to give her patients the best treatment options available.
MONICA GUPTA, PMHNP
CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Monica Gupta is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has previously worked in an outpatient setting treating various psychiatric conditions including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, psychosis, schizophrenia, and many other conditions. Her approach is customized to the individual needs of each patient.
Monica completed her bachelor's degree from Eastern Michigan University. She knew nursing was a calling for her after her mother was in and out of hospitals for years and witnessed first hand how impactful nurses can be. She then went on to complete a second degree in nursing by completing an accelerated program at Samuel Merritt University. Afterwards she worked on a multitude of floors, ranging from a medical surgical unit, cardiothoracic units, and the cardiac ICU. She noticed that the mental health needs were largely unaddressed and it was impacting patient outcomes. This made her realize how important it was to advocate for psychiatric treatment for these patients. As a result Monica completed a psychiatric nurse practitioner program at Northern Kentucky University.
She understands mental health awareness has taken a large step forward in the last decade, but believes there is still room for progress. She continues to take additional steps to advocate and bring more awareness about community mental health issues. She knows that in order to fully treat any patient it is essential to incorporate a holistic approach, which entails focusing on both physical and mental health. This involves building a strong therapeutic alliance with her patients, incorporating daily lifestyle changes, and implementing healthy coping mechanisms.
In her free time Monica enjoys time with family and friends, running, hiking, tennis, exploring cultures, and traveling. She is excited to bring her experience and expertise to the Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center in Hilliard.
BETH STEVENSON, PMHNP
CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Beth grew up here in Columbus, OH and received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from The Ohio State University in 2007. She then lived in Cincinnati where she worked on a pediatric, surgical unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. During her time in Cincinnati, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree, specializing in family medicine at Northern Kentucky University in 2013 and then became board certified as a FNP. She met her husband in Cincinnati and in 2014, they moved to Grand Rapids, MI where she started her career as a nurse practitioner in the adult, acute care setting. After having their daughter, they moved back to Columbus to be near family during the pandemic in 2020.
Beth learned her calling was psychiatry during her time working with the adult, surgical and critically ill population where she realized what she enjoyed most when caring for patients was simply, connecting with patients and families through engagement and conversation about past experiences and relationships. This led her to pursue her post-graduate certificate in psychiatry/mental health from Mount Carmel College of Nursing and became board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in September 2023. She has experience treating various psychiatric disorders including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, PTSD, dementia and Alzheimer’s disease in the long-term care setting. Beth feels psychiatry is a specialty where she can provide individualized care with a true, holistic framework that is designed by the patient. She strongly believes it is a true privilege for patients to allow her to provide support and assistance throughout their mental health journey as they work to seek mental peace and stability.
In her spare time, Beth enjoys time with her family and friends, traveling, exercising and interior decorating. Her two guilty pleasures are anything Ohio State football related and the tv sitcom “Friends.” Beth will be joining us soon in early 2024, and she is excited to have the opportunity to be a member of the team and contribute to the excellent quality care OPS and TMS Center provides.

KATIE STANFORD, PMHNP
CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Katie Stanford is a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a Pharmacy Technician in the U.S. Air Force. After six years of service, Katie attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing in 2001. Her subsequent work in various behavioral health settings led to her passion for the field of psychiatry.
In 2016 Katie went on to attend Wilkes University where she obtained a Master of Science Degree in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric/mental health care. Katie has experience providing care for patients with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, and a variety of other mental health conditions. She currently provides medication management, supportive therapy, and education related to integrative treatment modalities. Katie is presently participating in an Integrative Psychiatry Fellowship and her treatment approach is rooted in a holistic, patient centered model of care. She believes that an integrative approach to mental health care can have an incredible impact on a patient’s sense of wellbeing, happiness, recovery, and health.
It is Katie’s goal that her patients experience a significant reduction in symptoms and an improvement in functioning and overall quality of life. Establishing compassion based, therapeutic relationships is a crucial part of her practice and her patients’ success and progress. Katie considers the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual aspects of the individual when establishing treatment. She is open minded, non-judgmental, and celebrates diversity. Katie is an avid seeker of new and unique experiences and enjoys traveling, music, dance, and yoga.
ERICA GANTHER, PMHNP
CERTIFIED PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER
Erica Gantner is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been in the medical field since 2011. While in nursing school she worked as a medical technician providing care to patients with a variety of needs. In 2013 she graduated from Mount Carmel College of Nursing with her bachelor’s degree. Upon graduation she began working in a fast-paced emergency department for the next seven years. Throughout this time, she not only gained knowledge regarding trauma care but also developed a passion for patients struggling with mental health concerns.
Erica then returned to school and graduated in 2020 with her master’s in the science of nursing. She has since been working at an inpatient psychiatric facility caring for patients who are in acute crisis. Erica has experience treating depression, anxiety, bipolar, mood disorders, trauma, schizophrenia, ADHD and substance use disorders. She believes in working with each patient on an individual level and that no two patients are alike. She enjoys learning and staying informed on emerging medication and therapeutic interventions.
In her spare time, Erica enjoys being with her family and friends. She has a passion for traveling and attending concerts. She has done mission trips in Haiti for many years. Erica loves to stay active with hiking, camping and all types of outdoor activities, running and practicing yoga. She has multiple half marathons and a full marathon under her belt.

Erin grew up in the Columbus area and graduated from Bishop Hartley High School.
She attended The Ohio State University earning her Bachelor in Science in Social Work in 2007 and her Master in Social Work in 2009.
Erin is an independent licensed social worker and has been working in the mental health field for over 12 years. She began her career working with youth in the foster care system and their foster families. She shifted to outpatient counseling in 2011 and has worked with children, adolescents and adults. Erin is passionate about helping people find their strengths and utilize them to enhance their lives. She is currently working in the criminal justice field in the Licking County area. She also provides telehealth counseling services to registered patients at Ohio PsychiatricServices and TMS center.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog and being outdoors.
LISA WALLS, LSW
COUNSELOR
Lisa is native of Coshocton, Ohio and graduated from River View High School in 1996. She is a licensed social worker. She attended Central Ohio Technical College and obtained an associate’s degree in Human Services and certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling. She later attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Lisa relocated to the Newark, Ohio area in 2004 to be closer to work. She has over 17 years of experience in the field of social services. She started her career path at a local outpatient substance abuse center. She has extensive experience working with adults, juveniles and families. Her primary focus has been with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Lisa is a firm believer of change and is passionate about helping others in their journey to change.
While Lisa continues on her career path, in her free time she enjoys time with her family especially her grandchildren.
JESSICA MATHENEY, LSW

Jessica was raised in Southeastern Ohio. She attended Ohio University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences Degree in Psychology. She then went on to complete a Master of Education Degree in Counselor Education in 2012. Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has experience working with children, adolescents and adults in outpatient, community and school-based settings.
Jessica believes that each person has their own story that has shaped what they are currently experiencing. Through her work, she strives to create a warm, non-judgmental environment that encourages clients to gain awareness of themselves. Her main focus is helping people overcome the obstacles that hold them back so they can live their best lives.
Jessica is a proud boy mom of two. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves to travel.
SUSHEELA TRIDANDAPANI, PhD
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATOR
Susheela Tridandapani, PhD is a consulting Administrator for Ohio Psychiatric Services. In this role Dr. Tridandapani oversees the operational aspects and serves as a human resources leader. She has been an integral member of Ohio Psychiatric Services since its inception in 2016.
Dr. Tridandapani is a native of India. She began her career as an educator in Brunei Darussalam in 1990. She came to the United States in 1993 to pursue a PhD, and now serves as a Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Ohio State University. She brings over 20 years of experience as a leader of a research group focused on cancer immunotherapy.
On a personal level, Susheela loves traveling the world and spending time with friends and her family.
KALYSSA THOMPSON-WALLS
INTERIM OFFICE MANAGER
Kalyssa was born in Coshocton, OH and moved to Newark, OH when she was three years old and has lived there ever since. From a very young age Kalyssa knew she wanted to be in the medical field. Kalyssa finds her passion for behavioral health from her mother who has worked in the behavioral health field as a licensed social worker for over 15 years. Kalyssa believes that caring for people increases our overall sense of belonging, purpose, and identity. She finds helping others to be fulfilling and says it has the power to make you a happier and better person.
Kalyssa is currently earning her Bachelor of Health Service Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration at Ohio University Zanesville. Kalyssa chose this major, with the goal of getting into a leadership position in the administrative side of the medical field. Kalyssa has previous experience in managerial positions. At OPS she has earned high recognition for implementing new tools for the Interviewing and assessing of patients, improvement of patient/clinician therapeutic rapport, and improvement of office atmosphere.
Kalyssa hopes to continue to lead people with her open-minded morals and wants to bring people together to work as a team. Her ability to effectively communicate, make informed decisions, and foster a collaborative environment has not only influenced our team's morale but also impacted the quality of patient care delivered to our patients.
Kalyssa says she plans to continue to put her best foot forward and show compassion in everything she does. She strives to be the manager that everyone wants to work with, while fostering the importance of hard work and dedication, with the ultimate goal of achieving best practices for OPS patients.
When Kalyssa is not working you will find her spending time with her family, shopping, & planning her next adventure.
CARISSA FORSYTH, CCMA
CLINICAL COORDINATOR AND FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Carissa was born and raised in Athens, Ohio. From a very early age, Carissa was certain she wanted to be in the medical field. Soon after graduating from Athens high school in 2009, Carissa started working as a STNA. She immediately confirmed her passion for caring and her enthusiasm to help others. After 5 years of working as a STNA Carissa decided to further her education and become a CCMA.
Before starting her journey with Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center, Carissa worked at the Franklin County jail where she embarked on her career in mental Health specialty. Carissa says being a part of the dynamic Team at OPS has given her a strong sense of personal fulfillment. She particularly loves the opportunity to work up close and personal with the patients who need her help the most. Carissa’s energy, dedication, and strong commitment to learning have earned her the promotion to be in a management position at OPS.
Carissa efficiently oversees the overall administration, functioning, well-being, and effectiveness of the two offices in Lancaster and Hilliard. She enhances clinical coordination between the Providers, pharmacies and patients, as well as manages the Front office scheduling. Carissa assists with bringing on more insurance panels and coverages, for TMS and Spravato treatments, ensuring widest coverages are available to our patient community, and the best treatment options are attainable for our patients. Besides leadership, Carissa carries an amicable, respectful, and compassionate demeanor towards the OPS professional team and the mental health population for an optimum patient satisfaction, thus making OPS one of the best Psychiatric practices in the Fairfield and Franklin counties.
Carissa’s future goal is to continue to learn and grow and achieve new skills and knowledge to benefit the patients, the company, and her, personally and professionally. Carissa is hard-working and extremely dependable. She says she is determined to be one of the best in her field.
Carissa has a supportive husband, family and an adorable daughter Bristol who takes pride in her achievements. When she is not working, Carissa enjoys spending time relaxing with family, doing crafts, and going on long bike rides when the weather permits.

Raquel Meo (Rocky) has been employed with Ohio Psychiatric Services since January 2024.
Rocky had started her journey in the healthcare field right out of high school in N.E. Ohio when she became a state tested nursing assistant. She worked in an Alzheimer ’s and dementia unit for 7 years. She then obtained her certification in Medical Assisting and worked in a rehabilitation unit.
Rocky is a mother to 3 incredibly wonderful children and has been married to her husband for 12 years. Rocky and her family have been living in Lancaster, OH for 6 years. Rocky says she quickly fell in love with the staff and patients at OPS. She learned to balance being a medical assistant, mother to 3 children, and a military wife with ease, which she attributes to the support she received at OPS. She says, “goals and the driving force behind the establishment and what we do for our patients helps me find that wholesome balance to lead a full vibrant life”. She is grateful that her husband’s military career that brought the family to Lancaster and lead them to find “this group of amazing people”. Rocky feels she has found friends inside her colleagues and they share many of the same outside hobbies, such as hiking, a love of travel, and gardening, among many other things.
Within a few weeks of joining the team at OPS, Rocky not only mastered the clinical procedures and administrative tasks, but also demonstrated a unique blend of interpersonal skills and innate qualities such as empathy, adaptability, and professionalism. Her caring nature and superior work ethics greatly contributed to elevating the standard of patient care and the seamless functioning of the office. Rocky soon took over the responsibilities of running the Spravato and TMS programs which she says “is a beautiful world of its own” and that it gives her immense joy and satisfaction to see the positive changes she can make in the mental health of patients with these innovative treatment modalities.
Rocky was quickly promoted to Medical Assistant team lead at the Lancaster location which she says has proven to be such a gift. Rocky looks forward to continuing “the journey with this incredible team”.
MICHELLE HANSON, CMA
TMS coordinator and Marketing Representative
Michelle is a Certified Medical Assistant [AAMA] and a current student of Western Governors University studying for a BA in Healthcare Management and Business Administration. An ardent advocate for mental health awareness and treatment, Michelle is committed to providing empathetic, comprehensive care to her patients.
Michelle has proven herself as an innovator and leader in multiple industries, including finance, retail, and hospitality management. She shifted her career trajectory and became passionate about healthcare in 2020, and prior to joining OPS, was a Team Lead and Preceptor with the Fairfield Healthcare Professionals - Psychiatry.
Born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio, Michelle is proud to serve patients in her hometown and is active in the local community. When not working, her family is her focus, spending time with her three children, nieces & nephews and grand-nieces & grand-nephews. Her pastimes include attending live music & festivals, road trips and cooking.
MOLLY CAMPBELL, CMA

Molly is a Certified Medical Assistant and TMS Specialist. Her employment with OPS began in March 2024. Molly has over 10 years of experience as a Medical Assistant and says she has enjoyed every minute of it!
Molly has worked in several inpatient and outpatient facilities. Prior to joining OPS Molly worked in family medicine. Although, mental health is fairly new to her, Molly felt she instantly took a liking to the speciality. It brought her immense joy to know she made a difference in her patients’ lives almost everyday. Molly says she enjoys meeting new people and making people's days better by helping those in need. Her bright smile and friendly nature bring joy to those around her. OPS TMS department has grown to be a favorite of Molly's. She loves seeing how each session makes a huge positive change in the lives of her patients.
In her free time Molly enjoys spending time with her children and friends. Molly looks forward to continue assisting all our patients with all their mental health needs and showering them with her kindness and positive attitude.
KAYLA O’ MALLEY, CCMA
Certified Medical Assistant and Front Office Coordinator
Kayla was born and raised in Denver Colorado and later moved to Ohio as a teenager to be closer to family in the area. She graduated from Mineral Ridge High school, and then attended Youngstown State University (YSU) to obtain a degree in Medical Assisting Technology. During school Kayla worked as an in-home caregiver, which further strengthened her dedication to helping people in need and her love for the medical field. After graduating from YSU, Kayla continued to work in the medical field for Mercy Health at a general surgery clinic until she moved to Columbus, OH and began working with Ohio Psychiatric Services’ (OPS) Hilliard location where she has proven to be an invaluable addition to the Team. Kayla also has extensive experience with running all aspects of front office and has agreed to oversee the front desk responsibilities at our Hilliard Office.
Kayla has always been passionate about mental health and eliminating and stigma around it. It is her belief that mental health is just as important as physical health and says she is looking forward to hopefully making a difference.
Kayl is very excited to be a part of the OPS team and having the opportunity to help patients with their mental health needs and other medically related administrative needs they may have.
Aside from work Kayla enjoys traveling, listening to Taylor Swift, painting and being outdoors.
BAILEY TWIGG, CCMA
MEDICAL ASSISTANT TEAM LEAD

Bailey was born and raised in Knox County, Ohio, and graduated from Mount Vernon High School. She started her career in the medical field in 2019 with billing and coding. Bailey quickly realized her true passion was for caring for people in a more hands-on manner. She then obtained her certification as a STNA and worked in a long-term care setting. Her inherent desire for helping and positively influencing people, led her to advance her education to become a CCMA. Bailey believes that being compassionate is key and treating each person with respect and dignity will allow her to give the best possible service as a Medical Assistant.
Bailey has prior experience working in an Ob Gyn clinic and at the Franklin County jail where she was primarily involved with mental health needs of inmates. Bailey’s calm personality, great listening skills and admirable work ethics have made her a great favorite among both her peers and patients at OPS and TMS Center.
Bailey says her future plans include furthering her education to become a nurse and continuing her career in mental health.
In her free time, Bailey enjoys reading and spending time with family. Bailey is excited to be a part of the OPS Team at the Hilliard office and eagerly anticipates meeting all the patients and families in the practice.
KRISTA BEERMAN, CMA

Krista is a Certified Medical Assistant and TMS and Spravato specialist who joined OPS in August 2023. She has over 10 years of experience being a Medical Assistant and says she has loved every minute!
Krista has worked in both inpatient and outpatient care facilities as well as in long term care facilities. After her last job in Nephrology, Krista needed to take a short break from work to care for her young daughter who was diagnosed with a rare form of visual disability. Krista says, " it has been a long journey, but she gave me a different vision to see life through her diagnosis".
Krista has always been interested in the medical field because she enjoys interacting with people, meeting new people and most of all helping people in need by contributing to making their days better. She feels her own life experiences with family have given her a unique perspective in assisting with the care and treatment of patients. From her love for the healthcare profession to her superior work ethics and her empathetic nature as driving forces, Krista remains steadfast in her abilities and passion for mental health.
Aside from work, Krista enjoys working out, spreading positivity and spending time with her family. Krista is excited to join the ranks of our OPS team and looks forward to assisting you with all your mental health needs.

Elizabeth, “Lizzy” was born and raised in New York City. She has a Puerto Rican background and is fully proficient in both English and Spanish languages.
Lizzy says she has always been interested in being in the medical field because she enjoys interacting with people, meeting new people, helping others, and making people’s days better.
Lizzy became a part of the OPS team in 2023 with the opening of our new Hilliard location. She came to us with over 10 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in various settings and many laurels under her belt. Lizzy says being a Medical Assistant has helped with shaping her life in a positive way. She is thankful for the opportunities that her job provides to assist and be of moral, mental and physical support for individuals.
Lizzy is a clinically certified Neurostar TMS Specialist with superior knowledge and experience in TMS treatment. She is supportive, dedicated, and passionate about helping patients struggling with severe depression. She is self-disciplined, organized and has great communication and technical skills and skills at assisting with patient care, which makes her an invaluable addition to OPS team to provide outstanding care for our patients.
Aside from work, Lizzy enjoys spending time with her two amazing kids she “loves and lives for”, listening to music, cleaning, cooking and having colorful drinks!
ALLISON ALDER, CMA

Allison comes with many years of experience in the field of healthcare. She is both a qualified and experienced medical assistant and an office administrative assistant. After she graduated from Hocking College in medical assisting, Alison worked for many years as a medical assistant in inpatient and outpatient hospital setting. She then went into health care administration at a community hospital for over 6 years before she joined OPS. Allison is extremely happy about her decision to go back to working on the clinical side in an office setting. She says she enjoys outpatient care a lot better where she has the opportunity to contribute to help people struggling with mental health concerns.
Allison is a caring, compassionate person with a calm disposition who embodies the company values. She has an inherent desire to help and support those who suffer from various mental health conditions. Allison feels mental illness is an area in which most people are uncomfortable either talking about or taking part in preventing or supporting. She wants to build upon her knowledge and skills in a professional manner to bring mental health awareness and stop the stigma.
In her spare time Allison loves jewelry making and spending time with family. Allison says she has run cross country and track in the past and says she wants to work more on physical activity again for exercise and peace of mind.

Dee is the much-loved front office supervisor at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center. She is responsible for supervising and managing the scheduling needs of both Lancaster and Hilliard offices.
No one would guess that Dee’s first exposure into healthcare and medical scheduling was when she started with OPS in January 2023. With her vibrant personality, self-discipline, and superior organizational skills, Dee took off like a pro from day one. Her ability to multitask with a smile while adhering to strict deadlines makes her the truly impressive front office leader. Dee is also an effective problem solver who efficiently and compassionately supports her team in responding to new patient inquiries about our services, scheduling new and follow-up patent visits and collaborating efficiently with our clinical staff.
Prior to venturing into healthcare, Dee was in the restaurant business and owned and ran several restaurants since 1997. Communication skills and leadership qualities are inherent in Dee and comes to her naturally. In 2021 Dee decided it’s time to quit. Dee says she always knew she enjoyed helping people and making them happy. She adds, “I wish I had made this career change earlier”. Dee takes pride in placing strong emphasis on operational efficiency and outstanding patient care to make OPS the best mental health practice in the area.
When she's not performing her magic at work, Dee enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, doing leisure cooking and going on vacations to the beaches or mountains.
TERRI HAWK
FRONT OFFICE SPECIALIST
Terri is a Front Office Specialist at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center Lancaster office. She comes with a background of extensive experience in customer service. Terri found her start in healthcare as a dietary worker in skilled nursing. Her excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities, together with her pleasant and calm nature have won the hearts of both patients and her peers at OPS. Terri appreciates the opportunity she has at OPS to continue to be able to interact with people, meet new people, help our patients in need and contribute to making people’s days brighter.
Terri is not new to mental health. Her mother was a mental health nurse for over 20 years. She grew up with a passion for helping those who struggle with their mental health. Terri knows the importance of being a good listener with an open mind and open heart for those who need it.
Terri finds family to be extremely important and comes from a large, close-knit family. She believes in advice passed on from her mother, “don't sweat the small stuff”, and to “always find the beauty in nature, as it will calm your soul”, advice from her grandmother. Terri strives to help people find their smile as she works with them to get the best suitable care they deserve.
When not working, Terri's grandchildren bring her the greatest joy, and when not with them, she enjoys photography and waterfalls.

Lily was raised in a small town in central Ohio and moved to Columbus in 2019 for better education and job opportunities. Lily has a background in customer service and technology. She joined the OPS team in 2023 as a Front Desk Specialist and IT/Tech support when the new Hilliard Office opened. Lily is a key member of our phenomenal front office team who is always available to help.
Since joining the team, Lily has proven to be a very kind, polite and well mannered team member who is much loved by the staff and extremely popular with our patients who’ve had the opportunity to interact with Lily. Lily is always ready to help you take the first step towards prioritizing your well-being and provide you the pathway to proactive mental health care. Whether you have questions about our services, want to schedule an appointment, or simply seek guidance, Lily is there to connect you with the right professional to assist you on your journey to continued mental well-being. If you happen to stop by our Hilliard office, you are sure to be greeted with a warm smile and an invitation to grab a cup of coffee!
When not in the office, Lily enjoys spending time with her friends and family, playing video games, writing fantast and adventure stories, and working out. Lily’s future plans include getting back to school to complete a degree in IT/Technology and says she would like to continue to work as much as school allows her.
