Max Haque, MD
After finishing Medical School in India, Max Haque trained in Neurology and Psychiatry at the Institute of Neurology in London, England and worked in various hospitals in England, Scotland and Ireland.Dr. Haque then completed a master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Houston as well as a Residency program in Neurology and Psychiatry at the New York Medical College. During his final year of Residency, he was recognized with an award for Academic Excellence.Subsequently, he completed a 2-year Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at the Montefiore Hospital in New York City. In July 1996, he was hired to work as an Attending Psychiatrist at Harding Hospital in Columbus Ohio which later became affiliated with Ohio State University Hospitals where he continued to work for 2 years until the end of 1999.
Following that, he worked in different clinical settings in Pennsylvania which included a State Hospital, a General Hospital and maximum-security Penitentiary which housed inmates, many facing life imprisonment.
He then left to return to Ohio where he played a major role in establishing the Behavioral Health Unit (the Summit) at the Hocking Valley Community Hospital in Logan, Ohio and where he was the Head of the Psychiatry department for over 15 years.
Having worked in many different healthcare settings for over 25 years, Dr Max Haque brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ohio Psychiatric Services.
Pramoda Fatehchand, MS, PA-C
Physician Assistant, Psychiatry
Pramoda Fatehchand is a board-certified Physician Assistant in Psychiatry serving the communities of Fairfield, Hocking and Licking counties in Ohio. She has extensive experience in working with adolescents and adults in both outpatient and inpatient care settings, and is experienced in treating a wide range of mental health disorders, including depression and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenic disorders, ADHD, dementia, addictions, trauma-related conditions, autism and developmental disorders, and many others.Pramoda was born in Colombo, Sri Lanka and was raised partially in Sri Lanka and in India. She received her Bachelors of Science degree from The University of Chennai, Chennai, India. After relocating to the United States, she completed her degree in Physician Assisting, graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY and had further training at University of Rochester, Rochester, NY. She then accomplished her master’s degree in psychiatry at A T Still University in Phoenix, AZ. During her final year she received the Academic Excellence Award in Physician Assistant, Psychiatry.
Pramoda believes that the fundamental treatment modalities of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy should be informed by psychodynamic principles, in which an individual patient’s presenting concerns are understood within the context of their personality and psychological makeup, their current and past relationships, and their family of origin. She believes in giving special attention to a patient-centered approach that seeks to consider the specific needs and wants of each patient.
Pramoda also believes that one’s state of mental health is a reflection of one’s nutritional status and degree of physical fitness, and that a focus on healthy diet, and a physical movement practice can amplify the effectiveness of psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy dramatically. She is passionate in her personal pursuit of physical fitness, health, and wellness, with active practices in functional movements, dance workouts and running.
Outside of practicing psychiatry, Pramoda enjoys sports, particularly cricket, traveling, running, and spending time with and pampering her family, friends and the three adorable family dogs.
Carissa is a resident of Logan, Ohio where she was born and raised. She graduated from Logan High School in 1992. She started her career in the medical field at the age of 21. Over the years Carissa gathered invaluable experiences and trainings in the field of Psychiatry and office management. Carissa has attended several work related trainings and courses that guided her towards building a career in Medical Practice Management. She has worked with Dr Haque for over 15 years since he opened his private practice in Logan, Ohio in 2004 and has worked with Pramoda Fatehchand at Hocking Valley Medical Group for about 10 years.Carissa says, when she first started working in the field of Mental Health, she did not know what to expect. However, she quickly found out that she was very fortunate to have stumbled on this career path and says, “I absolutely love my job and the patients I am fortunate enough to meet”.
Carissa says “My goal has always been to treat our patients the way I would like to be treated. If I can make one person smile and help them have a better day, then I feel like I am succeeding in what I’m doing”.
In her spare time, Carissa enjoys cooking, trying new recipes and spending quality time with friends and family.
Anell grew up and attended schools in Columbus, Ohio. Upon graduation from High School, she began working at Columbus Life Insurance Company located in downtown Columbus. She worked here while attending Ohio State University and worked at various positions within this company for the next twenty years. After becoming a caregiver for her mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, she became interested in the healthcare field. This led Anell to a position at Harding Hospital, doing marketing and scheduling Psychiatrists and Nurses for nursing home visits.Living in Lancaster is nostalgic for Anell as her father was born here in 1909. Her childhood memories include Sunday drives from Columbus to Lancaster. Her dad would point out his childhood homes and his highlight was playing at Rising Park. Her dad once remarked that he was heartbroken when his family moved from Lancaster to Columbus when he was twelve years old. What an idyllic childhood for a boy to have Lancaster Fairgrounds and Rising Park as his daily playgrounds.
Anell feels it is an honor to give back to the community that holds so much meaning to her family.
Julie Daubenmire LPN

Julie is a resident of Logan, Ohio. She graduated from Logan High School in 1999. She has been an LPN for over 8 years. She says she knew her calling was in mental health and she feels very blessed to have followed her dreams. Julie has experience working in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. She is profoundly grateful for the patients that she has had the opportunity to care for and build meaningful relationships with. She says her patients make her job even more rewarding.
Julie’s goals as a nurse is always patient priority. “I want to help, educate, and promote all areas of mental health.” “I want to be an inspiration and help motivate all my patients, but more often my patients inspire and motivate me.”
Julie and her husband have 3 children. She is a dedicated mother to her children and loves caring for her family. They enjoy raising hogs, camping, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Jennifer Williams, MA

Jennifer grew up in the Cleveland area of Ohio, “Go Browns”! Upon graduating from ICM School of Business in Medical Assisting, she moved to Columbus and began working in the medical field. She has held multiple positions in her career in medical field from medical assisting, receptionist, billing, transcription services to office management.
She then took time away from working outside her home to raise 3 awesome, now young men. Jennifer then began volunteering her time and talents at the school where her children attended and became a domestic engineer. Before returning to the working world, she went back to school for 2 years to further her studies in basic sciences at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio.
She moved to Lancaster 25+ years ago. She now calls this town her home. She enjoys the small-town feel, local social events, and the Lancaster’s Festival. Her favorite local restaurant is Rooster’s; you can catch her there on Friday nights.
Jennifer is committed to her work and feel compassionate about dealing with individuals suffering from mental illnesses. She is grateful for the opportunity to provide patient care at Ohio Psychiatric Services and TMS Center with a breakthrough treatment modality for the treatment of depression.

Erin Rinehart, LISW-S
Erin grew up in the Columbus area and graduated from Bishop Hartley High School.
She attended The Ohio State University earning her Bachelor in Science in Social Work in 2007 and her Master in Social Work in 2009.
She is an independent licensed social worker and has been working in the mental health field for 12 years. She began her career working with youth in the foster care system and their foster families. She shifted to outpatient counseling in 2011 and has worked with children, adolescents and adults. She is passionate about helping people find their strengths and utilize them to enhance their lives. She is currently working in the criminal justice field in the Licking County area.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog and being outdoors.
Lisa Walls, LSW
Lisa is native of Coshocton, Ohio and graduated from River View High School in 1996. She is licensed social worker. She attended Central Ohio Technical College and obtained an associate’s degree in Human Services and certificate in Chemical Dependency Counseling. She later attended Mount Vernon Nazarene University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Social Work.
Lisa relocated to Newark, Ohio area in 2004 to be closer to work. She has 17 years of experience in the field of social services. She started her career path at a local outpatient substance abuse center. She has also has worked with adults, juveniles and families. Her primary focus has been with individuals involved in the criminal justice system. She continues to work full time in the Newark area. She is a firm believer of change and is passionate about helping others in their journey to change.
While Lisa continues on her career path, in her free time she enjoys time with her family especially her grandchildren.
